People often think of improv as jazz-specific, however there is a broad range of improv-based practices including multiple genres in music that Improv Spaces also works with, allowing for a deeper understanding of the current practices of improvisation.

Improvisation allows for open dialogue through practice and audience interaction and feeling beyond ourselves. Improv Spaces invites collaborators and the public to be a part of the embodied performances and artsmaking process through the practice and tenets improvisation.
IMPROVSPACESFEST 2024
Improv Spaces will be launching with a spring festival in Saratoga County with five days of musicians and artists performing live across genres from folk to jazz to classical to pop.
